Our membership coalition of 12 Children’s Advocacy Centers provided the following:

Through our Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Service Enhancement Project, MACA introduced 12 positions dedicated to a specialized response for 1,257 victims of CSEC:
CSEC Case Managers provided 211 outreach activities and trained 6,114 individuals, including MDT members and community members on CSEC and the services available to victims.
Massachusetts had 1,257 PSB cases in 2025
98% of children and youth with PSBs who receive early and effective interventions don’t reoffend and instead grow into healthy adults.
In 2025, we trained 8 organizations in PSB-CBT including 4 CACs and 4 mental health organizations. Overall, 29 clinicians/senior leaders were trained.
In 20% of cases, a child under 18 initiated sexual behavior with another child
MACA held its 15th Annual Conference on May 8th
300 child advocacy professionals were in attendance
90% said it was valuable professional experience
93% said conference content would help improve their work
